How much jail time would you get for arson?
Answer: It depends on what you burned, how much it was worth, if it was yours or not, what else is near it, why you did it, whether or not anyone was hurt/killed, whether or not anyone was in it (attempted murder), and how much the judge hates you. But, if you got time, you would be looking at AT LEAST a year and a day in PRISON, not jail.
Longer than you'd want to do. Why don't you go have some ice cream instead?
why are you asking this? did you commit arson?
Depends on the arson laws in your specific state.
It depends on your state. In Texas, it's a second degree felony, which means 2-20 years in prison.
So .... TALK TO A LAWYER BEFORE YOU TALK TO THE POLICE!!!!!!
Why you thinking of torching a city? Hello! Red flag! Are there any cops on here?
In Alabama, three guys just got 7 years each and 3 million in fines for burning down three churches. Serves them right, stupid firebugs.
