I have a learner's permit, can I legally drive with my mom's suspended license?
My mom got her license suspended because of a racist plice officer in Albany. I can't do anything about at the moment but My family needs to go shopping and we need the car for that. My mom cant legally drive, but can I drive as long as she sits next to me?

I think the point of a learner's permit is that you have to have a legally licensed driver with you. Drive her to the DMV or traffic court to get it taken care of, but if you go anywhere else and get busted, you'll probably make the situation a lot worse.
