Answers:
Voting. By doing so you are actively participating in how the country is run, not to mention who is running it. We often hear how politicians are not representing the will of the people, but then we also see just how few people actually bother to vote. If someone does not vote how can they say that they are not properly represented?
"Good citizen" is an oxymoron. If you're a citizen, you're worthless. citizens haven't researched the problems facing our Republic and don't know how to help.

Now if you're a Citizen, you're doing something for your country. If you're truly a Citizen, you have researched the issues and understand that the government is playing a shell game using the lower case "c" on the word 'citizen' to get more people to sign on to 14th amendment second class citizenship status.

People who understand and identify themselves as Citizens (with a capital "C") know that Constitutional rights are forfeited by 'citizens' of the federal government, and only available to 'Citizens' of the several state Republics.

To help your fellow man in his time of need. If every citizen would step forward when someone needed a helping hand, of course this would contribute to the common good. Just a simple gesture like holding the door open for someone.
