Has anyone ever gone up against UC Express in Ohio Unemployment Hearings?

My former employer is appealing my claim for a 2nd time and are bing represented by UC Express. This is taking place in Ohio and I was wondering if anyone has ever gone against UC Express in an Ohio Unemployment Appeal case? Does it really help you much at all to obtain legal council?
Is it worth having a phone hearing as opposed to the in-person hearing? any answers are appreciated!

Answers:
First of all, you are always better off to be present for any hearing rather than on the phone, as it shows you truly care and are willing to take the time to go to it. As for legal council, if you were fired for a just cause, you don;t have much of a chance, but if you were terminated for no reason, there is a chance. However, Ohio is an at will employment state which means technically they don't need a reason to terminate you but with out a good reason, you will probably be granted your request for unemployment. Make sure you have all of your facts straight and try to get them to give conflicting reports of why you were dismissed. You would be better off with legal counsel but it will cost you.
