I know a Black man did in New Orleans because that was the only way to get hired. But he wasn't trying to get a tax free job; he just wanted to help rebuild his city.
Your premise that all jobs aquired by illegal immigrants are paid "under the table" is absolutely wrong.

Most jobs held by illegals are paid completely in accordance with state and federal tax laws. This means that all normal taxes are taken out of each paycheck. The difference is that many illegals are using someone esles SSN and thus the income is counted twoard other peoples accounts.
You won't be arrested unless the work you're doing falls into another category of criminality. For example - performing home improvement work in NY without a license.

You can accept cash as payment without an "employer" taking out taxes since you can claim to be an independant contractor. The catch is that you MUST declare all cash at the end of the year as income. Failure to do so could result in the IRS knocking on your door. (As unlikely as it may be.)

So yeah, go steal back the labor from the illegals! Go get a bunch of bored college kids and stake out good mex hot spots.

PS. netmorale_admin is wrong. MOST jobs acquired by illegals are in menial labor jobs, where cash is paid off the books. Most employers DO NOT want employees on the books. The problems in NYS are profound when dealing with illegals. AND, using someone's SS# is considered a felony in most states. I enjoy prosecuting and deporting these identity thieves.

They could, but why would they when they can rip off the poor for millions and not labor or pay taxes?
Anyone can get a day labor job, because most of them are hired by private citizens. Not all are tax-free and many aren't illegal.
what do you think my friend? a Mexican is one one the hardest workers out there i am an Mexican American and any day of the year i would pick a Mexican to do my tile than a white guy no offense and true they do get paid very little but they don't complain. so i don't think that a white man stand in line with the Latinos its not only Mexicans its people from all over Latin America to get tax free labor jobs like you say.

well first thing is that i dough most white dudes would pick up those tomatoes or be in a field taking orders from some other low IQ person that's the boss. while yes Mexicans are hard workers ( i bust my *** carrying lumber for some pot head white dude) and get pay crap for it. now do i save that money so i can go back to my country rich? hell's no bro, i and the other morons, we take that hard working money and spend it on beer and prostitution. that's how smart we are. we also make up gangs and cause problems in the community (drunk of course) this way those white old dudes in congress can really kick us out for good ese. plus we bang our girls without protection so more babies can come and take over your white *** country, that's right dude.
