If a released prisoner is a risk to society, is it ethical that he be deported to another society?

If this guy is considered a risk, is it ethical for the UK govt. to deport him to Italy where (presumably in the govt's opinion) he is just as likely to commit further murders?
Is it OK for him to be a threat to Italians (or any other group), as long as he's not a threat to Britons?
Answers:
If he is an Italian and not a British citizen, then of course he should be sent back. If a British citizen were to commit a crime over there, wouldn't he be deported back to Britain? Each country has a responsibility to its citizens, and also for its citizens. Let them take care of the guy. Who knows, they might keep a better eye on him.
In my opinion if someone is no doubt a risk to society I find it hard to believe they would be released yet at all. I am confused with this question
Getting rid of a threat to society is a good thing. If the perp ends up in another country, he may be dealt with more harshly than in your country.
In the US, we are constantly throwing the criminals back to where they belong. We don't want to spend tax dollars feeding and housing criminals when we don't have to.
