Why doesn't the Attorney General make special provisions for disabled parents?

You've got to attend court when the Attorney Generals Office file child support but how can a disabled parent attend court? I won't get to technical about my medical problem but that I have a mobility problem which is often discriminated against because my disability is not visible. So the mother and the children suffer once again by the system. The Great US of A.

You don't mention what attempts you made to communicate your needs to their office or what their responses were, or what sort of accommodations you need that they refuse to provide.
