Are PVC pipes legal in a 3 story building in Nassau County, NY?
I live in the basement of a 3 story building and my pipes leaked. The plumber told me that the PVC pipes that were in my apartment were illegal but I wanted to make sure. I live in Valley Stream, NY and the town officials say they follow the State of New York Plumbing Code. Does anyone know if they are legal or not?
