No proof/evidence that...?
There's always an organisation claiming that there is no proof or evidence against something, yet at the same time other groups say that there is.
Eg There is no existing evidence that brain cancer is attributed to cellphone usage.
How come those organisation, claiming that there is no evidence, are legally able to say this.

Because they're isn't.
Some studies have suggested that there might be a link between cell phones and brain cancer. That's a huge step from saying cell phones cause brain cancer.
It is not against the law to theorize.
It is not illegal to say that cigarettes do no cause cancer either. You are entitled to believe and say what you like. It is only illegal to make false statements for financial gain or when you are under oath in a court of law.
