Can a health provider service tell the workers to punch in on clients private phone?
workers are told to use patient phone to clock in. Also that if the patient refuse to let them use the phone they will not get paid. That is wrong for the workers to be subjected to this kind of working conditions. The phone service belongs to the client not for the service to save on paper work and billing service. The agency did not inform the clients of this neither by letter nor did they ask would the client allow this on there service. They say it free, but message units are charged to certain services and has to paid. This is in jersey city..
