In Nova Scotia what is the legal age to work, and some other job related questions.?
Can you work in a grocery store, if the store sells tabacco if you are under 16? and can you work at places like tim hortons or subway? Also, what type of things do you put on a resume if you are only still in high school? A lot of questions in one, but thanks for any advice. I am super nervous aswell..
Answers:
Over the age of 16 you can work anywhere. If you are under 16, you cannot work in places that may adversely affect your health, including some positions in restaurants. In addition, there are a number of restrictions on when and for how long you may work if you are under 14.
