Should i file a wrongful termination lawsuit against my employer?

i worked in a clearence warehouse for a large well known furniture co.i got terminated because i purchased alot of items over a three month period for really low prices.these prices were approved by my supervisor.i was told that i violated the companies honesty policy.because i knew these prices were to low and that i should not have accepted them and told on my supervisor.

Only if you can prove that your super approved the prices.
If they disciplined the supervisor, I doubt you would have a case. In California they can fire you for any reason that doesn't include the protected discrimination type reasons. Your state could be different. That really sounds like a bum deal though.
When you made the purchases, did you make them as part of your job and with the full knowledge and approval of your supervisor?

If so, then you can challenge the decision. I would be talking to a legal firm and getting legal advice about industrial relations issues.

Sounds like you could have been the fall guy for your supervisor.
