I think my cat is supporting terrorism who should I call?

Last night I saw my cat go out and put something in the road, a few minutes later I found out an IED had went off right where the cat had been, I am not sure but I think my cat is somehow supporting terrorist. What should I do, I also notice that 5 times a day the cat prays towards Mecca.
