What's the OFFICIAL site 4 looking them up at? cause these other ones are pising me off

Where and what state? Half the time one can get an official copy cheaper and faster by using the phone and contacting them directly. Sure it may take an hour but better than paying some online company $100 to just do the same.
forget it on line == in most case like for a passport you will need one with a raised seal or certified; best bet is go to the county/parish courthouse clerks office where you were born and get a copy.
