There is an audio taped phone conversation between him and I. Can I legally use it?

It has his confessions of adultery and him saying that he will take our daughter and leave me homeless to fend for myself if I keep "pi$$ing him off".

I am going to see about a lawyer Monday.

Depends on what state you live in. Some states allow taped conversations ONLY if both parties know it's being taped, some states allow it if only one party knows (you).
