Domestic violence case dismissed in washington state.?
I have recently got arrested for a stupid mistake for domestic violence (weird interest in sex and noisy neighbours) which got dismissed right away. Does this go on my record and if it does how can i get rid of it?

If it didn't go through the legal system, i.e. you were never convicted (as opposed to arrested, they're not the same thing), then it won't go on your record. Your record is a record of convictions, not arrests, unless you're already in the system for something.
