Should rapists or child molesters be paroled?
I don't mean statutory rape - but all other forms of rape and child molesting?

They are incurable and never should be paroled!
I feel like if you commit a rape or abuse a child, you just made the CHOICE to give up all your further chances in life. They deserve to be in prison from here on out. Another innocent person shouldn't have to pay because society thinks everyone deserves a second chance. They made the choice to commit these sick crimes, and deserve to rot in prison until their death.
I think they need to be segregated from society but not punished as most are products of shame and abuse themselves. the cultures shaming of sex is what creates child molesters.i blame the culture more than the abuser. loosen our views of sex... and secret sexual predators will be much rarer...
Fifty to sixty years in the pen ought to be enough.
Tough one that - society is judged by what it does to it's criminals. That is not to say, that they don't deserve to be taken off the streets and locked up in some dingy cell - they do.
But it's the same with murder - a life for a life? Most murderers don't get the death penalty - should they?
Ask a family member of a victim and the chances are they'd line up to pull the lever, or push the button. But then you have the Amish tragedy of not too long ago, they stood up in front of the World and said they forgave the man for what he did.
It has been and always will be a question that will never satisfy everyone, no matter what the law decides.
well i think there are some things a person does , qualifying for not being allowed to live on this earth with other people
and those 2 things are on that list , but since capital punishment isn't part of the system for those 2 offenses

No. They are actually not getting parole like they used to. They are getting longer sentences now.
Statutory rape is a BS crime though and is a waste of taxes and time.
