If i want a good to be refunded do i have to use the court?
is civil dispute court is necessary .. cant i sort it with the police. is there any easy procedure to get this thing done and punish the guy

Dmitri - is this about the same thing as your last question? It's over an 8 quid charger!! No way are the police gonna be bothered about that! Yeah, by all means go to court but I guarantee it'll cost you more than 8 quid in wasted time and other costs you won't be able to get back off him (eg your travel costs to and from court etc). The most punishment he will get through a civil court will be to pay you back the 8 quid and pay your legal (but no other costs) - now, just ask yourself, is that REALLY worth it?
