Answers:
no it doesnt help her, she can get into a lot of trouble she needs to quite and turn the company (s) in. she is using 1 faulse advertisement and 2. fraud!
there is also a crime called theft by deception
In many countries what your friend is doing is a very serious crime. For instance, in Russia and the USA people are put in jail for defrauding others.
By pretending to be someone else, especially if she TELLS that person shes someone else, for example a therapist or counsellor, whithout actually being one, that is fraud. To use the Internet in conducting such fraud, to get more calls etc, is against Federal Law in the US. I believe it falls under the Mail Fraud legislation, and depending upon the severity, can be a felony.
well first yes she is claiming to be someone she isn't and it doesn't matter what her company says or what applications or whatever she has. the government over rules the company any day not only will she get in trouble but the majority will probably fall on the company. but yes if that became public knowledge or someone got pissed over it she could be in allot of trouble for fraud and other things as well. i would tell your friend to quit and report the company. to the better business bureau the bbb or the labor board actually report them to both.
